IN7 vs RS9 vs IV7: compare game menus, APK details and safety considerations before choosing what to install.

IN7, RS9 and IV7 look like three rival apps. On paper, they behave more like one product wearing three logos. All three are listed at version 1.3.4 and 28 MB, and their game menus overlap almost completely.
The question most people are really asking is "which one pays out best?" In India, that now has the same answer for all three. India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 took effect on 1 May, enforcing a total ban on online money games and their advertising.
Why This Comparison Keeps Coming Up
Search for any of these app names, and you'll find page after page of similar articles. Many make claims such as the platform aiming to deliver stable, responsive performance across multiple devices, but none of them show a speed test or a withdrawal record.
This guide takes a different route. It uses only what the operators publish themselves and what India's regulators and courts have actually said.
Meet the Three Apps
IN7 sits in the Card Games category and describes itself as spin, slot and card tables in one 28 MB app.
IV7 is also listed under Card Games, pitched as table, spin and slot games behind one login.
RS9 is filed under Slots instead, with the summary spin and slot games with a table section.
None of them come from Google Play. They belong to the group of spin, slot, and card apps that are installed from an APK file rather than from Google Play. That means no Play Store review, no Play Protect listing, and more responsibility on you to check what you install.
Table Varieties: More Alike Than Different
Across this group of apps, the same handful of formats appear again and again:
- Rummy, with 13-card points and pool tables
- Teen Patti, in classic, joker and AK47 variants
- Andar Bahar, 7 Up 7 Down, Dragon vs Tiger and Aviator
The exact mix is not fixed. Which of them an app carries is up to its operator, and it changes.
Our take: the "Card Games" or "Slots" label tells you which section an app puts on its home screen. It doesn't tell you what's missing. If you're comparing on table variety alone, you're largely comparing the same menu in a different order.
UI Speed: What a 28 MB File Can and Can't Tell You
The most striking detail in this comparison is that all three apps share an identical version number and download size. That doesn't prove the code is identical. It does strongly suggest a shared underlying engine with different branding on top, which is common in this corner of the APK market.
In practice, any speed difference you notice will come from three things:
- Your phone: RAM, chipset, and free storage.
- Your network: live tables are sensitive to latency.
- Server load: how busy the operator's servers are at that moment.
The brand name itself is unlikely to be the deciding factor. No independent benchmark of these three apps exists that we could verify, so treat any "fastest app" claim as marketing.

Withdrawal Thresholds: The Number That Matters Changed in 2026
Until recently, people compared these apps on minimum withdrawal amount, processing time, and KYC steps. In India, those details have been overtaken by a bigger issue.
The ban covers every kind of money game: The prohibition is absolute, covering games of chance, games of skill, and any hybrid versions that involve financial stakes.
Offshore apps are included: The Act applies nationwide and covers both domestic and offshore platforms accessible within India.
The payment route is being shut. The framework bans offering, advertising, and financial transactions for online money games, with banks and financial institutions barred from processing payments related to such platforms.
Enforcement stepped up this summer: In an advisory dated July 29, 2026, the Online Gaming Authority of India told app stores, cloud providers, telecom and internet firms, banks, social media platforms, streaming services and advertising agencies to disable online money games, block related payments and pull the ads.
Thousands of sites are already blocked: The running total is close to 8,400 URLs, more than 4,800 of them blocked after the Act passed, according to figures the ministry gave Parliament on April 1, 2026.
Withdrawal trouble isn't new, either. Before the law, numerous media reports documented cases where users deposited small sums, but withdrawal became impossible, with platforms sometimes using bots or opaque systems to deny legitimate wins.
Our take: a low minimum withdrawal on an app's terms page means little if the payment rail behind it is blocked. In 2026, the real threshold is whether money can legally move at all. For Indian users, the regulator's answer is no.

Already Have One Installed? Do This
- Stop adding money: Any new deposit faces the same payment blocks described above.
- Record what you have: Screenshot your balance, transaction IDs, and any support chats before anything changes.
- Contact the operator through the app: in7club can't help with accounts, and neither can any other review site.
- Check the app's permissions: A card or slot app has no reason to read your SMS, contacts, or call log. Our guide to reading Android permissions shows what to look for.
- Report fraud promptly: If money has been taken or withheld, report it on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) or call the 1930 helpline.
- Talk to someone if it's stopped being fun: Chasing losses is the clearest sign it's time to step back.
What You Can Still Play Legally
The new rules don't ban gaming. Casual, skill-based, or recreational games without monetary stakes are allowed, and e-sports remain permitted too.
Registered platforms also must introduce features like age checks, playtime limits, and parental controls. That's a useful checklist when you're choosing any new game app.
The IN7 Take
If you came here to pick a winner, the honest verdict is that there isn't one to pick. IN7, RS9 and IV7 are close to interchangeable on tables and app build. For Indian users, the money side of all three now sits on the wrong side of the law.
The most useful thing any comparison can do in 2026 is help you protect what you've already put in and find games you can enjoy without stakes
FAQs
Are IN7, RS9 and IV7 the same app? They aren't officially the same, but they share the same listed version and file size and offer near-identical game menus. That points to a common engine with different branding.
Which of the three is fastest? There's no verified independent test. Your device, network, and the operator's server load will matter more than the brand.
Which has the lowest withdrawal limit? In India, this has become the wrong question. Banks and payment intermediaries are barred from processing payments to online money games, so a low limit on paper offers no protection.
Is IN7 legal in India in 2026? IN7 is a real-money app, and India now prohibits all online money games, whether skill, chance, or a mix. Lawyers also caution that staking money on any game may be treated as gambling and attract legal consequences. This is general information, not legal advice.
Is it safe to install these APKs? An APK is only as safe as its source. Read our step-by-step guide on how to install an APK safely before sideloading anything.
